Personal Bio: Married Laurie in August of 1990. Dave and Laurie adopted 3 children (now adults) and are proud grandparents.

Professional Bio: Dave is an ordained minister and has served as a youth minister for 13 years, pastor for 8, and mission coordinator for 2 years.

Dave served as a house parent for children at two different Christian children's homes. He served in this capacity for a total of 7 years.

Coaching was a natural progression in his journey as a minister. Everything he did in his life has been built around his desire to serve, help and guide people who needed someone to walk alongside them.

Laurie Hix - Life Coach

Laurie is a Certified Associate Christian Life Counselor through ICCI

Professional Bio:

Laurie has served alongside her husband in multiple ministries since meeting him in 1986 at Charleston southern University.

She has worked with kids in the classroom as a teacher's aide, as well as, in a home setting as a house parent in two different Christian Children's homes. Laurie served as a house mom for a total of 7 years.

While living near Charlotte, NC, Laurie ministered/worked on weekends at Lois' Lodge, a maternity home for women with unplanned pregnancies.

In every place, Laurie relished the opportunities to listen to others' stories/hurts/thoughts, pray with many, and celebrate milestones met and lives changed.
